- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for computer support services for the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), 1960 Industrial Circle, Suite A, in Longmont, Colorado. The required services include, but are not limited to, on-site technical support to assist NIC with installation and configuration services, integration, repair work, network management and troubleshooting for their information-technology resources. The attached electronic solicitation document, contains, in detail, the specifics of the required services. The period of performance is one base and four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is set-aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information include in this notice, An electronic file containing the full text of the solicitation is issued concurrently. Offerors responding to this request for proposals shall prepare their proposals in strict accordance with the solicitation. Proposals shall be submitted in hard copy with the original signatures. Fax or electronic submissions will not be considered. The government intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with firm-fixed price session fees. See Note #1.
