Solicitation issue date: 10/27/02, close date: 11/27/02. Soliciting for an IQC with a base and 4 option years. Stated maximum quantity: 6,360 EA. Guaranteed minimum quantity: 707 EA. Other than full and open competition. Sole source item to Timken Corp. (60038) P/N L305649. DSCR does not currently have an approved tech data package available for this NSN. Do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. QAP S1A is applicable and can be obtained through the master solicitation website at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/qap/qaps.htm. Deliveries expected to be split 50/50 to East and West coasts. ABVS applies, so final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
