- Description
- Proposed acquisition covers a requirement for Coat and Trousers, Operational Dress Uniform (ODU). Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted as an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC)utilizing best value/source selection concepts and will require the submission of the following: Product Demonstration Models (2), Past Performance, Bill & Hold, Manufacturing Plan, Industrial Mobilization, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement (MBA), Javits-Wagner-O'Day. There will be a minimum quantity of 60,000 and a maximum quantity of 100,000 for each item. Copies of the specifications and patterns will be furnished by the Contract Specialist as available and upon request. All materials used in the fabrication of these items are to be furnished by the successful offeror. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home. From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFPs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation, if any will be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must be registered. If corresponding by e-mail, please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFPs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFP solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The NSN notification will contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free software is available http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Gateway technical assistance is available at dmin_support@pgmail.daps.mil. Interested vendors may submit an offer on one or both items. One contract award will be made.
