- apartment Rental, 2 Bedroom, Fully Furnished, All Utilities included, Walking distance to the Metro and/or the Roselyn Office (1620 N. Kent Ave) From Approx February 11, 2002 through October 30, 2002. Award will be made to the offerer who offers the best value to the Government considering price and other factors, including past performace and delivery time. The following FAR clauses shall apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items - Offeror shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, with the additional FAR clauses stated at the following paragraphs within 52.212-5(b) applying (11), (12), (13), (14), (15),(24),. The clauses and certifications referenced above may be obtained from the following website: http://www.arnet.gov OFFERS ARE DUE February 11, 2002, AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS.
