- Description
- SURVEY OF GRADUATE STUDENTS AND POSTDOCTORATES IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, Fall 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting proposals for the design, conduct, data processing, and analysis of a survey of academic institutions with graduate programs in science, engineering, or health fields to collect information on graduate students and postdoctorates. The contractor will print survey materials, maintain a web data collection system, conduct the survey, follow up for nonresponse, collect, input, aggregate and analyze data, impute for unit and item nonresponse, prepare tables, reports, documentation and methodology, conduct workshops, and help prepare background materials for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) survey clearance packages. NSF expects to award a contract for a 5-year period. Anticipated release date of this solicitation is March 7, 2002. Solicitation will close April 22, 2002.
