- The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service contemplates awarding a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside contract to provide adult halfway house program for the prevention and treatment of alcoholism for the American Indian population within the Lawton, Oklahoma service area. Solicitation issue date on or before July 1, 2002. This acquisition is 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside. Period of Performance 1 year from date of award with four (4) pre-priced options years. All responsible Buy-Indian sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
