Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 1,150 Net Rentable Square Feet Which Will Yield Aproximately 1,000 BOMA Usable Square For The Office of the Surgeon General, AFMS Operations. DESIGNATED AREA: North: Loop 410; East and South: Interstate 35; West: U.S. Highway 281 UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Capable of Providing Dual 220 VAC Feeds Via Power Distribution Units (PDU). Network Access And Connectivity With Multiple T1 or Better Preferred. Need Access To A Delivery Dock. Small Office Area and A Separate Large Floorspace Area With Raised Flooring Capabilities Space To Be Located On The First Floor EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building Name and Address 2) Square Footage Offered 3) Method of Measurement Used To Determine Rentable Square Feet. 4) Name, Address and Telephone Number Of Individual To Be Contacted 5) Evidence of Authority to Represent The Owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Leased With Representatives Of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers And Employees Of General Services Administration. OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN COB, OCTOBER 18, 2002. INFORMATION CAN BE FAXED OR MAILED.
