- NA The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is planning to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering and support services for the Telemaintenance Program. It is proposed to acquire one (1) Basic year plus four (4) one year ordering per iods for a possible total of a five (5) year Time & Materials Indefinite Quantity Requirements contract. Engineering support services will encompass logistics suport, production engineering, inventory management, manufacturg technology, security assistanc e, technical data, quality assurance, material fielding and technical assistance. It is proposed the contractor and CECOM teams cooperatively design and document preliminary networks and information sharing systems, identify hardware requirements, provide necessary technical support, and requirement support equipment to implement a Telemaintenance Concept. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Techno Sources, 12520 Prosperity Drive, Silver Springs, MD 20904 as an 8a set-aside.
