28 ? 13TH COMPRESSOR BLADE. SOL F34601-03-Q-52454, DUE DATE: 26 Nov 2002, Chuck Bautista / LPKBB / (405) 734-8782. Item 0001 NSN 2840-01-368-9741NZ, 145 EA. Applicable to: F100. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Governments Required Delivery: 48 each on 31 Jan 2003, 48 each on 28 Feb 2003 and 49 each on 30 Mar 2003. The approximate issue date will be 28 Oct 2002. Complete data to manufacture this part is NOT AVAILABLE! Additionally, this part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and is NOT OWNED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. The U.S. Government plans to award any resultant contract to United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford CT CAGE 52661. However, subcontracting opportunities may be available through Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford. Companies interested in sub-contracting opportunities must contact Pratt & Whitney directly as no information is available through the U.S. Government. No telephone requests or fax request will be accepted. The approximate issue date will be 28 Oct 2002 and the approximate response date will be 26 Nov 2002. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns dealing with this requirement. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or the Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
