- Description
- Healthcare resource contract to perform GI procedures and consultation vistis on entitled beneficiaries of the Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, South Carolina. Services are to be provided at the Contractor's facility. Contract period will be December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003, with two 1-year options to extend. Procedures include sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopies, endoscopys, flexible sigmoidoscopy clinics, and on-call services. Physicians must be board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology. A technical proposal will be required. Technical evaluation criteria consists of staffing plan/professional qualifications; past performance/past experience; management methods; cost/pricing. The anticipated issue date is October 21, 2002. Request for hard copy solicitation and/or inquiries must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and will be accepted by fax at 706-481-6741. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL address. Interested parties are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
