- The INS is seeking firms or individuals interested in providing HVAC Inspection & Maintenance Services for the Oakdale Suboffice. Period of performance will consist of a base period of 7 months commencing 03/01/2003 and four possible one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation materials should be available for download not later than 10/11/2002 and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by 5:00 pm, 12/18/2002. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site.
