The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Pennsylvania State Police for the continued computer network access to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network (CLEAN) to obtain local, state, and federal law enforcement information, including NCIC for FBI Field Offices and Resident Agencies located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The contract will be negotiated for the current year and 4 option years.
