Description

30 NSNs for Honeycomb Panels for the B-52 Aircraft Program. NSNs are 1560-00-602-4706; -602-4710; -602-4711; -607-8943; -607-8948; -614-2436; -614-2437; -631-2183; -631-2184; -778-5388; -778-5389; -778-5390; -778-5394; -778-5426; -778-6787; -778-6793; -778-8189; -778-8190; -778-8255; -779-7951; -780-2386; -784-6657; -859-1680; -859-1682; -859-5684; -859-7725; -885-8032; -976-0475; -01-149-7509; -01-218-8132. Solicitation is for a base quantity for each NSN plus a 100% quantity option. FOB Origin, destination unknown at this time. Origin inspection. Government Furnished Mylars, Configuration Control. No electronic bids are acceptable. A complete solicitation package must be returned completed to be considered. Export Control applies. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP request to DSCR via Internet. The internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lower case) If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, BAttle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1) NO DELAYS WILL BE PERMITTED FOR ANY AWARDEE TO OBTAIN TECHNICAL DATA THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE IN THEIR POSSESSION TO OFFER A VALID PROPOSAL; 2) EXCEPTIONS/DEVIATIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SOLICITATION/CONTRACT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER AWARD OF THE CONTRACT; 3) A FORMAL PRE-AWARD SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR THE POTENTIAL AWARDEE, REGARDLESS OF ABVS SCORE; 4) FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE CONTRACTURAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN A PROPOSED TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT. (NO CONTRACTOR CAUSED DELAY WILL BE ENTERTAINED) AWARD WILL BE ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIS ONLY. MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED NOR PARTIAL OFFERS.
