- Description
- The US. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a contract for the services of one or more contractors to conduct enforcement testing related to the Fair Housing Act. The enforcement actions will follow-up on research findings from HUD's Housing Discrimination Study 2000. HUD estimates that the contractor(s) selected under this procurement will conduct approximately 450 on-site enforcement tests in up to 60 different metropolitan areas in all regions of the United States. More than one contractor may be selected for award, depending on capacity and geographic coverage. The period of performance will be from date of award through 27 months thereafter. The estimated release date for Request for Proposal (RFP) issuance is June 11, 2002. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site. No secondary requests for solicitation packages will be entertained. All amendments and any questions and answers will also be posted and may be downloaded from the referenced web site above.
