- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Cincinnati Procurement Operations Division/Office of Research and Development Service Center (CPOD/ORD) requires advisory and assistance services for technical support, testing, analysis, and review of SPRD's Technical Assistance and Technology Transfer (TATT) Programs relative to remediation and waste management, hydrogeological and geophysical sampling and analysis, subsurface remediation and treatment, technical information transfer, and ecosystem restoration. Up to 50% of the work requires quick response (5 to 20 working days) for a draft report, relative to remediation activities at specific Superfund, RCRA, hazardous waste sites, and for ecological restoration projects. The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210. [Size standard $5 million] EPA intends to award a cost-plus-fixed fee level of effort type contract for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) one-year option periods, total effort is 187,110 technical hours (5 years) with quantity options of 16,000 hours per year. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about March 25, 2002.
