- Description
- Contractor shall construct a new office, warehouse, pole barn, wastewater system and site work for a new district administrative site at Doniphan/EP District, Ripley County, Missouri on the Mark Twain National Forest. The project is located approximately 3 miles east of Doniphan, Missouri off Highway 160 on Confederate Ridge Road. There will be a Pre-bid meeting and the date and time will be listed in the soliciatation package. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 233320, and the size standard is $28.5 Million. This project is open to large and small businesses. A 20 % bid bond guarantee is required. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, prior to beginning work.
