- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Hazardous Material Pharmacy (HAZMART), Curbside Waste Management, 90-Day Facility Management, Waste Stream Management, Waste Disposal Management, Recycle and Reuse Program Management to include Red Rags service at Dyess AFB, TX. All of the services, management, tools, supplies, equipment and recurring inspections will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer's specifications. The Contractor is required to develop quality control procedures for the performance of services and inspections. Duration of contract is 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with four one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The SIC code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 4212; the North American Industry Classification Code is 562112. The small business size standard for this procurement is $10.5 million. This is 100% set aside for small business. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Trade Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past Performance is significantly greater in importance than price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on 17 Jun 02 via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://eps.gov/. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. It is anticipated that the following viewers will be needed to view the solicitation: Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf), WinZip (.zip or .exe.), and/or MaxView/Source View (.svd). Any prospective certified 8(a) contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package.
