- Description
- General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space which must yield 9,305 to 9,705 occupiable square feet available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Unique requirements: Office and related space must be contiguous and on one or two levels without being split by a public corridor (within each agency space). Parking for 22 vehicles is required, secured parking is preferable. Set back of 100 feet is necessary. Lease Term: 15 years, 10 years firm. Location: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Alpine. Occupancy Date: Dec. 1, 2001.
