- Single award contract for the period 12/01/02 to 11/30/03, for the Department of Commerce, U.S. Census Bureau. Production assumed 60-mile radius of Washington, DC. Anticipate approxiamtely 2 to 5 orders per month. Approximately 50 orders per year for approximately 100 to 10,000 copies of approximately 8 to 400 pages per order. Trim 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Binding includes 4-page products, saddle-stitch, and perfect binding. Print text head to head in black or a pantone ink color other than black; or print text head to head in black and one additional pantone color. Print covers in up to three ink colors. Print face only or face and back forms in two colors. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality level 3. Bid opening October 21, 2002.
