- Description
- Single award term contract is for one year (base year period of Date of Award through October 31, 2003) and 2 option year periods (November 1, 2003 through October 31, 2004 and November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005) for the Department of Justice, Columbus OH. These specifications cover electrostatic copying in black ink and/or full color of single leaf products/reports/manuals/tri-folds and litigation's. Operations required will include copy pickup, electrostatic copying, binding, packing nd delivery. CATEGORY I. Electrostatic Copying of Single Leaf Products/Reports/Manuals/Tri-folds, approximately 14 orders, 2 to 200 pages/covers per order, 100 to 1,000 copies per order. CATEGORY II. Electrostatic Copying of Litigation's, approximately 8 orders, 100 to 40,000 pages/covers per order, 1 to 10 copies per order. Government to furnish: Camera copy, reprint copy, photograpgs, seal and illustrations. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Columbus OH with occasional copies f.o.b. destination via traceable means to Cincinnati and Dayton OH. Production time starts 1 workday and up to 4 workdays upon notification of availability of print order and material.RESTRICTION ON LOCATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES: All production facilities used in the manufacturing of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 30-MILE DRIVING Rddius of 280 North Hight Street, Columbus OH 43215.
