- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 975 sq.ft. of rentable space to yield 821 BOMA Usable sq.ft. of space. Occupancy date shall not be later than May, 2003, but may be as early as December, 2002. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm with 60 day cancellation rights after the firm term of the lease. Space must be located in the following delineated area: An area bounded by: Tennessee St on the North; Meridian St on the East; Gaines St on the South; and Wahnish Way on the West. Unique Conditions: None. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with parking for 3 employees and up to 6 visitors as a part of the rental rate. Space offered must be conducive to accommodate an acceptable space layout. Office space may be acceptable ?as is? or may require alterations.
