- NA Santa Ana Riparian/Wetland Restoration, Section 1135, Bernaillio, Sandoval County, NM. This is a Sources Sought request for 8(a) and/or HUBZone contractors who have performed this type of work before. Bonds shall be required. The solicitation is expecte d to be available in July 2003. The estimated cost of this work is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Work consists of construction of two grade restoration facilities (GRF?s) and a bed sill in the channel of the Rio Grande on the Santa Ana Pueblo. Work inc ludes: construction of access roads; channel excavation (~75,000 cy) and grading prior to gravel filter and rock placement for the GRF?s and bed sill (GRF rock components consist of main channel apron, over bank armor, over bank caps, and bank line revetme nt keys); installation of sheet pile cutoff walls (~15,000 sq ft); hauling and placement of gravel filter (~20,000 cy) and rock (~50,000 cy); and seeding and revegetation of disturbed areas. This proposed solicitation will be a competitive 8(a) or competi tive HUBZone Set-Aside. NAICS 234990/SIC Code 1629, size standard $28,500,000. This project will be advertised as a Request for Proposal and awarded to the responsive, responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government. This proposed procurem ent will result in a fixed-price contract. Any prospective bidder interested in bidding must register to be placed on the Plan Holders List. If you are not registered the U.S. Government is not responsible for providing you with notification of any chang es to this proposed solicitation. Bidders should register themselves on the Internet.
