Item allows the sync ring to properly position the balance convergent and divergent segments during augmentation of the F100/200/220E engine. 513EA. Applicable to: F100/200/220E Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 80 EA PER MONTH 28 Feb 03 or before. This is a source-controlled item. Only sources listed are qualified. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.2021(a) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Award will not be held in abeyance pending qualification of other sources. The approximate issue date will be 30 OCT 2002. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
