- Description
- The VA National Acquisition Center will issue RFP 797-NC-03-0001 for the Department of Veterans Affairs=92 (VA) and Department of Defense=92s (DoD) requirements for 5HT1 Receptor Agonists (Triptans) tablets with an estimated annual usage of 2,200,000 tablets. The estimated quantities listed above are for VA and DoD, however, estimated quantities for Indian Health Services and the Bureau of Prisons may be added to the solicitation later. Offerors must make available all package sizes and strengths they have available at the same price per tablet. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the VA and DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors (PPV). If offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period including option years. The solicitation will be available for downloading, on or about the issue date of October 18, 2002 from the VA Office of Acquisition and Material Management=92s (O&AMM) internet web site at http://www.va.gov/o&amm/busopp/sols.htm.
