- Description
- The Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona, 85012, VISN 18, contemplates award of a fixed-price contract for Pest and Rodent Control Services at the VA Medical Facility and VA Northwest Clinic, Sun City, Arizona. The anticipated contract period is December 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003 (10 month base period), with four (4) one (1) full-year options. The NAICSC code for this procurement is 561710 with a size standard of $6.0. The solicitation will be available electronically on or about October 10, 2002. This procurement is a total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will consider all proposals from financially responsible offerors. All responsible offerors may submit an offer and will be considered. Offerors are encouraged to review and respond to the technical evaluation criteria in the solicitation as award will be based upon technical, past performance and price factors. Offerors are reminded to review and complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Representations and Certifications =96 Commercial Items.=20 NO TELEPHONE requests shall be accepted.
