- Description
- Veterans Administration, VISN 22 Network Business Center intends to negotiate a Commercial Item (FAR Part 12) contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-03. Based upon this Solicitation No. RFP600-007-03, the Government intends to award for a base year with 4-one (1) year option renewal periods, a contract for Liquid Nitrogen & Carbon Dioxide Deliveries to the Research & Development Department located at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 11301 Wilshire, Los Angeles, California 90073. The contract will be from November 1, 2002 to October 31, with options to renew up to four (4) years. This notice is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 4:00pm Pacific Daylight Time, October 21, 2002, will be considered by the Government. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by mail or by facsimile at (562) 826-8067.
