- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York, Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 intends to issue a sole source contract to Compass Statistics & MGMT. Corp., Schenectady, NY a Small Disadvantaged Business for the continuation of econometrics services to support the Network 2 Research initiatives to provide sustained support for (a) equitable and optional resource allocation, (b) ongoing efficiency evaluation of care delivery, (c) monitoring existing health delivery mechanisms to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of care (d) testing new health services delivery interventions designed to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of care, (e) and technical consultations that advances VA- wide policy development. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to the contracting officer with 7 days form the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to Michael C.
