- RPG0221400093, NSN 1560-01-120-4138, Attenuator, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft DWG 70500-02157 Rev "D", dated 27 June 97 & AMCOM procurement package #70500-02157 Rev "E" dated 16 Nov 00, p/n 70500-02157-046. Configuration control applies, critical safety item. Contractor first article and Government fit test apply. an "export control" TDP exists. Will result as an IQC, base + 4 option years, multiple award. Anticipated soliciation issue date is Sept 20, 2002. This modification is to announce that the requirement is now unusual and compelling due to aircraft on the ground. The requirement is for a firm fixed quantity of 1977 each. The first article and fit test are still required. Delivery will be the most important factor considered. The solicitation issue date will be Oct. 4, 2002 and will close Oct. 9, 2002.
