- SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SP0475-03-R-0324 EVERYTHING ELSE REMAINS THE SAME. PR: ARG02183041833 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-047-2454; Retainer, Flaperon, in accordance with Lockheed Martin Corp. , Cage: 81755 P/N 16W581-17 with exceptions. An ?Export Control? technical data package (TDP) is available for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet, http://dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345 from the Defense Logistics Services Center, http://www.dlis.dla.mil. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery 120 DARO. First Article Government Testing required. Sample size 1 LT. If approved will not be returned to the contractor. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
