- Description
- Annual requirement for preventive and remedial maintenance for the following Picker equipment in support of the Naval Hospitals at Yoksuka, Iwakuni, Atsugi, and Fuji, Japan: Vector 100 X-Ray, RAD/Fluro GP, Vector 80 X-Ray Rad/Fluro GP, GX650 RAD/Fluro, GP, Synergen RAD System (Glassware coverage required). Period of performance will commence on 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2005. Two each one year option periods may be included. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform this requirement. Contractor must be certified by the manufacturer as qualified to perform maintenance on this equipment. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound.
