- Description
- It is the intent of the Government to replace existing deteriorated homes and obtain quality Family Housing for military personnel and their families, within the funds available. The project is to complete the design and construct a total of 188 family units in FY02 at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii housing area, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and includes an option to contract for 24 additional units in FY03. Work shall include completing the design, using the plans in the RFP as the basis, to provide complete and usable facilities, consisting of all necessary site improvements and related work as required.
