- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NSN 2840-01-322-4761, PN 4077723, NOUN Compressor Stator Assy, Exit; NSN 2840-01-447-3225, PN 4077913, NOUN Compressor Stator Assy, Exit applicable F100 engine. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
