Description: The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Chicago, Illinois, intends to issue a purchase order to General Parking, Chicago, Il., for sixteen(16) commercial parking spaces, within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2002 thru September 30, 2003, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
