Description: NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Belvoir Virginia announced on 27 September 2002 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Contract Management Support Services functions. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with Off ice of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The final analysis indicated that the Government did not receive any acceptable private-sector offer to compete against the MEO. There was no cost comparison and the tentative decision in the Contract Management Support Services study is to implement the MEO.
