- Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Sudbury Systems INC on 1 October 02 for the following: 1) RTAS 10000 Digital Dictation System with one-year full support maintenance agreement, to include parts, labor and travel to Travis AFB. Equipment list with cost breakdown is required with submission. Performance will begin 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in CCR at www.ccr.2000.
