Description

A-76 direct conversion project, pursuant to Office of Management & Budget (OMB) Circular A-76. Contractor services: Personnel, supervision, transportation and all other items, excluding those identified as provided by the governmentin the Statement of Work (SOW), that are necessary to accomplish Base Level Personnel Database Management (BLPDM); Personnel Database Management (PDM) and Base Enlisted Training (BEST)including squadron level support to Geographically Separated Units (GSU). All services are predominantly performed in Germany on government installations. Logistic support: None provided - contractor must be authorized to perform business in Germany and overseas locations. DD 254-Contractor is required to hold a US Secret facility Clearance. Pre-proposal conference and sitevisit: Held at Ramstein AB Germany on 8 Aug 02 commencing at 0930 hours CET. (maximum 2ea attendees per contractor) Provide attendee names to the contracting officer NLT 5 Aug 02 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUL-2002).
