- The General Services Administration, PBS, Property Development Division is looking for interested Design-Build Contractors for renovation of the Federal Building and U. S. Courthouse at 230 North First Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The RFP package has not been issued yet and will be issued at a later date. The Pre-Proposal conference scheduled for Thursday, May 30, 2002 is postponed until a later date. The new date will be noted in the RFP Package. If you are interested in receiving the RFP package please fax or e-mail a request to the attention of Beverly Chin at (415) 522-3112 or beverly.chin@gsa.gov. Requests that have been received are currently on the mailing list to receive the RFP package.
