- NA The Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation DADW35-01-R-0017, For A-76 Cost Comparison Study of Installation Support Services at Fort Belvoir, VA and all related information can be accessed by visiting the website at https://mdwsps2.belvoir.army.mil/basops/basops.htm The Government will not provide hard copy (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the RFP. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Vendors are advised to periodically check the web page for new amendmen ts or other updates. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment. This RFP was synopsized 19 November 2001. This RFP is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Any resultant contract will have a performance pe riod that includes a base year with four option periods. NAICS is 561210 with a small business standard of $20.0 million.
