- This is a modification to the Solicitation #02-837-6791-1, posted to www.fedbizops.gov on 8-19-02. The sentence that discussed how vendors' Past Experience would be evaluated was erroneously posted to read: Past Experience will be evaluated to determine the degree of vendors' experience in successfully providing comparable "portable x-ray residual stress measuring systems" for the types of applications described herein. This sentence is hereby corrected to read: "Past Experience will be evaluated to determine the degree of vendors' experience in successfully providing comparable infrared microimaging platform systems for the types of applications described herein." All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-AUG-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 27-SEP-2002.
