Description

Request for Proposal (RFP) Commercial Item Contract, NAICS Code 561790, Size Standard $11.5M; Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform operation and maintenance services at the Silvio O. Conte Federal Building,78 Center Street, Pittsfield, MA. Contract Base Period 09/01/2002 - 08/31/2003 with (2) twelve month options. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6/12/02 at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Estimated proposal due date is on or about 07/01/02. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solictation and will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This solicitation is being procured using the Simplified Acqusition Procedures as allowed under the Commercial Item Test Program. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
