Description

Project: LXEZ 02-8068A: Repair cracks/spalling, paint, floor tiles, wall covers and shower areas. Replace changing booths, benches, wall damage, bathroom stall veneer and accessories. Replace lockers, doors, commode stalls, poolside storage, storage cabinets, showerheads, water coolers, exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, inoperable light switches and covers and exit lights, and all related work for complete renovation. Project: LXEZ 02-8068B: Convert part of women's dressing room to classroom and office with drop ceiling lights, communication outlets. Construct new sidewalk, erect new storage shed, install fence and all related works. All work shall be in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall also be responsible in transporting and installing all USGF equipment. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERING THIS PROJECT.
