Description

The work shall consist of, but not limited to, replacing of A/C chiller units, air handling units, electric duct heaters, circulating pumps, expansion tanks, supply and return pipe headers, piping, valves; providing electronic digital control system including associated equipment and accessories; providing all the required electrical equipment, devices, wirings associated with the new mechanical equipment; providing new smoke detectors; modification of existing fire alarm control panel; replacing of existing ceiling panel; providing new steel and aluminum doors; providing new vinyl sheet flooring; providing new concrete sidewalk; providing new reinforced concrete masonry wall, beams, slabs and flooring, and other related work in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The magnitude of this construction project is between 66,700,000 ($500,000) to 133,400,000 Yen ($1,000,000). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
