- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0194 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is being considered for an unrestricted purchase. Interested small business concerns should indicate interest to the Contracting Office, in writing, as early as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is _235940_. The Small Business size standard is _$12,000,000.00. This procurement is to purchase the following items: Line Item 0001: Complete demolition of building 4040, Golf Course Maintenance Facility In Accordance With the Statement of Work. Line Item 0001AA Qty 1 Lump Sum: Asbestos Work IAW the Statement of Work Line Item 0001AB Qty 1 Lump Sum: All demolition work and site restoration IAW the Statement of Work, excluding asphalt and access road. Line Item 0001AC Qty 100 Cubic Yards: Unsuitable Soil Replacement Line Item 0002: Additive #1: All demolition and site restoration to remove asphalt access road from building 4040 to Oak Forest Road, parking lot outside privacy fence, split-rail fence, and metal post/chain fence. Line Item 0003: Additive #2: All demolition and site restoration to remove gravel access road from privacy fence to Vermont Garrison. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
