- Description
- A requirements type contract for a base year with four option years. Work will be on an as required basis and includes but is not limited to: Providing and Installing: new asphalt surface course, base course martial, soil aggregate, manhole extension rings, catch basin extension frames, slurry seal including tack coat and or sealing cracks in existing pavement; as well as line striping / markings and or reflective / thermoplastic tape pavement markings. Removing and Disposing existing: asphalt-concrete pavement, base material, topsoil and vegetation. Provide Survey/Layout Services and or Provide Laser/Optical and mechanical grade control The magnitude of this construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 per year. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted, open to all small and large business. Award of a contract from this solicitation will be made on the basis on best value to the government using past performance / price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 23411. Any concern responding to this solicitation is considered a small business if the annual records of the concern and its affiliates for the proceeding three fiscal years do not exceed $27.5 million. All relevant solicitation documents including specifications and or drawings will be made available for download exclusively from the internet by accessing the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at: http://eps.gov by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305th CONS. Solicitation will be available on or about: 12 February 2002. Paper copies will NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for bids.
