- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item modified and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a hardcopy solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation Number is USZA22-02-T-0030. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The commercial items to be quoted is ? CLIN 0001, 96 Each, PTT Adaptor for Peltor-AN PRC 148 to ComTac (PN: FL50RACAL); CLIN 0002, 96 Each, Boom Mic Kit for ComTac (PN:MT7-FL6AB); CLIN 0003, 96 Each, Peltor ComTac Headset, (PN: MT15H68FB). FOB Destination is desired not later than October 30, 2002. Request delivery/transportation price from Origin to Bluegrass Station, Lexington, Kentucky be separately priced. The provisions at: ? 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, ? 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications/Commercial Items, and ? 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, all apply to this acquisition with no addenda. ?
