- The U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) intends to issue a sole-source order to purchase a 12 month subscription (period covering date of award thru September 30, 2003) for 18 copies of the Comptroller General's Procurement Decisions-Acct. No. 1000603584. We believe West Group, St. Paul, MN 55164-1803 is the only firm that can fulfill this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
