- NA The U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command plans to negotiate with TADIRAN Electronic Systems Ltd., 29 Hamerkava Street, Holon, Israel on a sole source basis for effort entitled, ?Israeli Test Bed Enhancement, Operations and Maintenance and Experimen tation Support Effort. This effort consists of ITB Enhancements, ITB Operations and Maintenance, and ITB Experimentation and Support. The enhancements effort will provide improvements to the current capabilities of the ITB to support experiments. The op erations and maintenance effort includes configuration management of the software, and maintenance of the ITB computer hardware, software, and facilities. The Experimentation and Support effort includes ITB experiment planning, execution, and analysis. T his acquisition will have a five-year period of performance. This acquisition is open to allied participation. See note 22.
