- NA Federal Business Opportunity notice for Determination/Analysis of Traffic Delays from Flooding Impacts, dated 30 August 2002 is amended as follows: the project includes areas in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chicago; a base plus four options firm fixed-price contra ct with an estimated value of between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00; and extended due date includes 5 additional days for contractor responses.
