POGUE FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE AIR FORCE (CSAF) PROFESSIONAL READING PROGRAM. IT IS THE INTENT OF THIS AGENCY TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT UNDER STATUTORY AUTHORITY 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), SET FORTH IN FAR 6.302-1, (ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS). THIS AGENCY INTENDS TO AWARD WITH BRODART COMPANY, MCNAUGHTON BOOK SERVICE, 500 ARCH STREET, WILLIAMSPORT, PA 17701-7809. SEE NOTE 22.
