- Description
- Contractor to provide Protestant chaplain services. Services are to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Chaplain services will be needed for a total of 10 hours per week to be provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding federal holidays and services will be required on Sundays for worship. Chaplain will also be required to provide on call services. Performance period will be from November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 813110 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 34 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about October 3, 2003. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Procurement is a small business set-aside.
